Chefs Pantry ....

The catering department at St Catherines undertook a new initiative in August 2007.

Previously only cakes were sold on the Chef's Pantry but the range has been increased and homemade bread is now available along with a wider range of cakes and biscuits. Homemade jams & chutneys are also produced in abundance during the harvest festival season.

All the produce is freshly prepared daily and put out on display at 11.30am Monday to Friday in the main reception area at the hospice.

All profits from this enterprise go towards patient care.
